I have been instablogging, podcasting and food consulting away down here in The Dallas Ft Worth Metroplex. Climbing and building towards my foodie goals and dream.
You will find me on many platforms sharing my passion for food. I love the history, culture, artistry and more. My eyes go wide like a kid on Christmas morning when thinking about foodie things. You know the saying- do what you love and you will never work a day in your life? It is true in a way but it only part of the picture. Why do it and for who? No - not just for me. I am a huge supporter of local business. My local colleagues, business owners and neighbors are family to me - super stars. If I ever played fantasy anything (i.e. fantasy football) , it be foodie fantasy something or other.
We are living through an unusual time. COVID 19’s impact - is molding our world - our lives. I am as ready as everyone else for it to be over. I know a lot was canceled or is on pause right now. A lot is unknown or at least unclear for weeks if not months to come. Two truths we can count on - life will find a way. - the show must go on. During this time and the ones that follow - I will continue to be a reporter, guinea pig and your guy. I will wear these hats to achieve my objectives.
